Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Analyze the CBN and validate orders;
Monitor and analyze weekly indicators to define appropriate actions;
Participate with the central purchasing department in defining logistics parameters;
Manage a supplier portfolio;
Update the supply cycle on purchased components (in the case of Site PIRs);
Follow up with suppliers who are late and handle any complaints (invoicing disputes, documentation, quantity, etc.);
Analyze and record supplier acknowledgments of receipt;
Issue supply plans to suppliers;
Analyze supplier portfolio updates;
Ensure stock optimization and zero stockouts (GDM Shortage Management);
Analyze order exceptions to suppliers;
Participate in the deployment of the energy management system, respecting energy consumption optimization guidelines in my workstation;
Report any act of energy waste and propose ideas aimed at reducing consumption;
Reduce exceptional transport.
Job Requirements
Holder of a Bac+4/5 in Supply Chain, international trade or equivalent;
A first experience in an industrial environment is desirable.
