Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Local Procurement & Supply Chain Development: Execute procurement strategies for materials from local Saudi suppliers, actively conduct sourcing activities, and support the expansion of local supply chains to enhance the company's localization capabilities.
  2. KD Order & System Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of Knockdown (KD) orders, including order placement and follow-up, while performing routine maintenance of procurement systems to ensure data accuracy.
  3. International Logistics Coordination: Manage international logistics processes for shipments originating from China, including booking shipping space, monitoring domestic production and shipment schedules, ensuring full and complete dispatches, and promptly addressing exceptions such as container returns and short shipments.
  4. Delivery Cycle & Special Project Control: Monitor domestic packing plans, order processing, and container loading arrangements to ensure timely arrival of materials in Saudi Arabia according to KD project cycles. Additionally, handle urgent or special shipping scenarios, such as air freight, to maintain business continuity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Professional Experience: Proven experience in import/export trade or international procurement, with in-depth knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes from China to Saudi Arabia (including shipping bookings, customs clearance, and KD shipping procedures). Proficiency in using office and operational systems such as EXCEL, CRM, OMS, ILS, and PLM is required.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese is mandatory. Basic proficiency in English or Arabic will be considered an advantage.
  3. General Competencies: Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, a high sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, adaptability to diverse working environments, and the ability to solve problems effectively in dynamic situations.
