Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all local procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Monitor market trends and conduct supplier evaluations to identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.

Oversee the preparation and processing of purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.

Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement transactions.

Resolve supplier issues, discrepancies, and delivery delays to maintain smooth supply chain operations.

Track and report on procurement performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process enhancements.

Support the development and implementation of procurement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Train and mentor junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Manufacturing and Row Material Background is mandatory

4-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

Proven experience supervising procurement teams or functions within a fast-paced environment.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Solid understanding of local market dynamics and supplier networks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting.
