Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with relevant segments to sort out requirements and prepare technical bidding documents for professional service providers of soft services, ensuring the quality of the documents.
  • Take overall charge of the whole - process screening of service providers, including on - site inspections, bid issuance, bid evaluation, and award determination.
  • Be responsible for the full - process execution of material procurement for soft service projects. Implement refined control from planning to acceptance to ensure the supply of materials in a timely, high - quality, and sufficient manner.
  • Establish and improve the centralized management system for materials, coordinate storage and distribution, and optimize resource allocation to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate in building and maintaining the resource database of service providers and suppliers. Conduct regular evaluations and updates to provide a reliable resource reserve.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • College degree or above in finance and economics, electromechanical engineering or related majors.
  • Over 5 years of experience in procurement and cost management, candidates with experience in facility management cost control are preferred.
  • Possess strong logical thinking skills and team management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computer office software.
  • Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English and Arabic.
