Stay up to date with market updates and prices to reduce costs and maintain raw material, packing material and spare parts, and stock levels.

Coordinate with departments heads regarding the stock level and reorder points to maintain the stock level of raw materials, packing materials, spare parts in addition to works and projects progress.

Evaluate the suppliers performance annually to maintain the procurement process efficiency

Mitigate the risk continuously and cost variances by managing supplier relationship and develop sourcing strategies to ensure the continuity of the operations, improvement of process and minimize the costs.

Follow up the status of the PRs and POs, and take action regarding the delayed PR and/or PO to ensure the appropriate implementation of the procurement department s SOPs.

Conduct all the foreign procurement cycle items (dates, prices, terms and condition, figures and description) on the AX system to share it with the requesting department and finance department in addition to save it on the company database. Coordinate with local procurement section to integrate their searches and to maintain stock levels either from local or international markets

Coordinate with local proc section head for the integrity of reaching best deals foreign/local

Update supplier log list according to company selection criteria and ensure all suppliers are selected and regularly evaluated according to policies and determine needs for supplier developments.

Approve payment requests and make sure they comply with company policies, SOP s & ISO standards
