Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Procurement Support Engineer(Russian Speaking)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion Procurement modules
- Troubleshoot issues related to PO, Requisitions, Supplier Management, Receiving, and Invoicing
- Monitor and resolve integration, data, and interface errors
- Support month-end and year-end procurement processes
- Manage user access, setups, and configurations
- Coordinate with Oracle Support and cross-functional teams
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes
- Support patches, upgrades, and testing activities
Key Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement
- Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) to support business users
- Experience in L2/L3 application support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
