Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the entire supply cycle for the non-production scope (current equipment, meal trays, service provision).

Ensure that requests with a high degree of urgency are processed and manage the associated criticality.

To ensure direct liaison with service providers and suppliers to guarantee the delivery of services.

Coordinate actions with on-site assistants for the operational monitoring of services.

To carry out activity reporting and ensure the monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs).

Propose areas for improvement to optimize the fluidity of non-production purchasing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired profile: Bac+3 Bac+5 (Logistics, Purchasing or Management), you have proven experience in supply or complex administrative management.

Required experience: Significant prior experience in a similar role (Junior Confirmed).

Communication level: Excellent command of French (spoken and written) for smooth coordination between Morocco and France.

Tools and Methodologies: Proficiency in ERP purchasing management systems, Office Suite / Google Suite, and collaborative communication tools.
