Update the ERP system according to the progress of current order lines and ensure material coverage.

Record the order line receipt dates on the ERP system, the storage platform, and according to the current workflow.

Ensure the receipt and invoicing of ordered lines

Address action messages by optimizing inventory, analyzing excess and unnecessary quantities, and implementing the necessary actions.

Participate in crisis management with suppliers

Respect the environmental guidelines and procedures related to your activities.

Contribute to the improvement of the environmental management system through proposals and suggestions

Send suppliers the supply plans (firm and forecast)

Coordinate performance management with suppliers

Develop KPIs, ensure their reliability, and implement the necessary actions to achieve objectives.
