Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, specifically tailored to the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Sharia-compliant practices.
  • Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and foster long-term partnerships with vendors based in Saudi Arabia.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, focusing on local content and economic benefits.
  • Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and tenders, ensuring adherence to the Kingdom's procurement laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, aiming for cost savings and value optimization within the Saudi Arabian context.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of procurement contracts, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks in the Saudi Arabian landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction within the context of the Saudi market.
