Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties And Responsibilities
- Write clear user stories in order to communicate business requirements to the team.
- Analyze customer data, feedback and actions to improve customer acquisition and retention
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand stakeholder needs.
- Assist in maintaining backlogs and handling new requests.
- Conduct product research and analysis on market trends and competitor products.
- Support in onboarding flow and enterprise process management.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of business .
- Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first approach.
- English and Arabic Speaker.
- Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst for 3 year(s).
- In-depth knowledge of Agile (Scrum) process and principles .
- Top communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
