Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Lifecycle Support: Assist in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning, ordering, shipment tracking, launch execution, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with:
  1. Finance for budget tracking, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
  2. Sales teams to ensure products are distributed and sold according to allocation plans.
  3. Logistics/Operations to monitor and track global product shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain product and shipment tracking sheets, update internal databases, and ensure accurate documentation across systems.
  • Sales Analysis: Monitor sell-through rates, flag underperforming SKUs, and support in preparing reports and insights to inform future product decisions.
  • Demand Forecasting: Support demand planning and replenishment efforts by working closely with sales team.
  • Inventory Oversight: Track inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse or and sales team to prevent stockouts or overstock
  • Promotion & Launch Support: Assist in coordinating marketing materials and launch assets with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of campaign components.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas to optimize workflows, reporting tools, and inter-departmental communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Finance, Logistics, and Sales teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 inventory management system is a plus.
  • A passion for gaming and awareness on current trends is highly valued.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordination or operations role, ideally in gaming, consumer products, collectible merchandise
