Responsibilities

• Lead the design of new features and improvements for the platform from concept to launch.
• Translate complex crypto-financial workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints.
• Use data, user feedback, and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Develop user-centered designs by aligning with business goals and understanding user needs.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues to enhance usability and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, marketing, and management teams.
• Incorporate customer feedback, usage data, and usability findings to improve the user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within fintech or trading platforms.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of mobile and web design patterns, along with platform-specific guidelines.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile product development environments.
• Passion for crypto, blockchain, or financial technology is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and cUarter with high attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
• UX certification is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
