We re building a world-class product design team, and we re looking for a Product Designer with strong experience in Design Systems. It s a great chance to join while the team is growing, help shape its DNA, influence how it works, and feel your impact.
In this role, you ll work as a squad designer on high-impact features used by millions of people, from early research and concept through to polished, production-ready designs. Alongside that, you ll play a key role in building and maintaining our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of squad features from discovery to delivery across multiple product areas
- Translate insights from research and data into elegant, user-centered solutions
- Build, maintain, and evolve the design system (components, patterns, tokens, guidelines)
- Collaborate with other designers to align squad work with system standards
- Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of design system components
- Document and share design system best practices across the team
- Mentor and support other designers in using the design system effectively
Desired Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of professional experience in product design. If you have less experience but believe your skills and portfolio make you a strong fit, we d like to hear from you.
- Experience scaling a design system across multiple teams or products
- Strong portfolio with case studies showing both end-to-end product design work and design system contributions.
- Strong UI skills with a focus on components, patterns, and scalability.
- Proficiency in Figma (our primary tool) and other relevant design/prototyping tools.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from idea to delivery.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Based in Egypt and open to hybrid work from Cairo.
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with front-end concepts to bridge design and engineering.
