Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and behaviors
- Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility
- Refine designs based on user testing and feedback cycles
- Maintain and uphold design guidelines to ensure consistency across products
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in product design and user experience
Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and processes
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role
