Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, always keeping in mind our customers and their interests, to build features they love.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and business needs
- Identifying key metrics for projects and taking ownership for achieving their success
- Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings to reach company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new features
- Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes
- Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops
- Implementing solutions with the Tech team, and presenting actions during design reviews
- Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it
What You'll Need
- 4+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house
- Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions
- Knowledge of technical implications in design decisions
- The ability to take ownership of design process and work as self-directed member of the development team
- High UX focus and an understanding of customer behaviour
- Clean visual design sense
- Skills in typography and grids
- A love for problem-solving
Desired Candidate Profile
What You'll Need
- 4+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house
- A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
Nice to have
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field
- Experience programming and the ability to code simple prototypes
- Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
- Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments
