Overview

A high-growth digital platform is seeking a senior product leader to oversee its B2B product ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining strategy, aligning multiple product areas, and delivering measurable commercial impact across enterprise and partner segments.

You will operate at a portfolio level, guiding several product domains while ensuring cohesion across teams, stakeholders, and business objectives.

Product Areas in Scope

The role spans multiple interconnected product lines, including:

• Partner Insights & Analytics delivering data visibility and performance insights to external partners
• Enterprise Enablement Tools self-service capabilities for business clients to manage and optimise their use of the platform
• External Integrations APIs and connectivity solutions enabling third-party systems to interact seamlessly with the platform

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overarching B2B product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue drivers
• Translate strategic direction into a clear, prioritised roadmap across multiple squads
• Maintain alignment across product, commercial, and technical teams by managing trade-offs and resolving competing priorities
• Act as the primary product representative for senior leadership and enterprise stakeholders
• Identify high-impact opportunities using data, market insight, and partner feedback, and direct investment accordingly
• Establish and own success metrics across the portfolio (e.g., partner adoption, engagement, recurring revenue, integration usage)
• Drive execution of complex initiatives involving multiple teams and dependencies
• Improve product ways of working, including discovery practices, delivery standards, and post-launch evaluation
• Build scalable operating frameworks such as planning cycles, governance routines, and performance tracking systems
• Lead, mentor, and grow product managers, with responsibility for hiring and performance development as the team expands
