Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the configuration and customization of applications (Salesforce, SharePoint, Workday or equivalents).
  • Ensure the translation of business needs into robust and clear technical specifications.
  • Lead technical activities related to development, PO, PM and QA teams.
  • Participate in integrations via REST API, SOAP and ensure a good understanding of software architectures.
  • Be responsible for the technical quality of deliverables and associated documentation.
  • Actively contributes to Agile/Scrum processes and ITIL best practices.
  • Manage ticketing and support tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) in coordination with the support teams.
  • Promote a culture oriented towards results, quality and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Higher education (Bac +5) in IT, engineering, or information systems

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar position with managerial or coordination responsibilities

Ability to navigate international, complex and multi-team environments

Required skills

  • Configuration and customization of cloud applications (Salesforce, SharePoint, Workday)
  • Functional analysis and drafting of technical specifications
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON
  • Understanding of software architectures and integration via API / REST / SOAP
  • My experience with technical support tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL processes
  • Good command of software quality standards and technical documentation
  • Analytical and structural mind
  • Excellent communication , mainly in English
  • Sense of collaborative leadership , with product and technical teams
  • Ability to proactively solve problems
  • Results and quality orientation
