Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the product innovation team in researching and developing new personal care products.
Assist in identifying market trends and consumer needs to inform product development strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, development, and design to bring new products to life.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for product enhancements.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to ensure Unyva s offerings remain competitive.
Assist in the formulation and testing of prototypes, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior team members.
Help coordinate product launch activities and support go-to-market strategies.
Gather and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders and customers to refine product concepts.
Stay updated on industry advancements and regulatory requirements relevant to personal care products.
Desired Candidate Profile
Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Science, or Pharmacy.
Strong interest in product innovation and the personal care industry.
Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
