Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the platform's implementation using agile methodologies by coordinating with an implementation partner and a third party for architecture review and user acceptance testing.

Conduct research and map existing local, regional, and international platforms.

Identify and map stakeholders and users, gathering input through co-creation workshops to build user personas.

Identify problems and gaps in existing platforms and solutions.

Stay updated on current industry trends and market conditions.

Reach out to potential partners to assess collaboration opportunities.

Advocate for product quality by introducing new interface guidelines, design patterns, and insights based on user research and customer feedback.

Document the product vision, including its unique value proposition.

Outline user journey flows to serve as the foundation for stakeholder requirements and UX/UI design.

Conduct research to define the implementation approach (build vs. partner).

Develop a sustainability plan for the product beyond the initial grant phase.

Assist in developing the product roadmap, outlining outcomes, timelines, and key themes.

Support the RFP process to source a UX Design & Engineering provider.

Develop and manage partnerships in collaboration with the program s Partnerships & Growth Manager.

Oversee the development of key UX concepts and wireframes.

Review wireframes with users, gather feedback, and iterate as needed.

Write and prioritize user stories, defining acceptance criteria.

Manage backlog grooming, triage, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.

Oversee technology stack selection and platform architecture development with third-party support.

Supervise agile platform development, documentation, and user acceptance testing.

Guide business and content development, including the creation of a micro-credential framework and platform content.

Oversee the development of marketing, user acquisition, and retention strategies.

Develop content for self-help sections.

Lead the initial deployment with a small group of users.

Support national-scale deployment alongside marketing campaigns and activations.

Manage user onboarding, customer support, and continuous platform development based on the roadmap and feedback from the first release.

Compile reports on lessons learned and outline the roadmap for the next stage of development.

Establish and maintain credibility with internal and external partners.

Analyze complex problems, utilizing data and user research to inform product direction.

Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and communicate contingency plans.

Conduct ad-hoc research and business analyses to evaluate opportunities and risks.

Modify and revise existing designs to adapt to changing preferences.

Collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience in product management or a comparable role.

Proven success in designing and launching high-quality products.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with design thinking and agile methodologies.

Experience working with UX/UI designers.

Analytical skills with a metrics-driven decision-making approach.

User-centric mindset with a passion for creating compelling user experiences.

Technical background with proficiency in MS Office.

Fluent in English and Arabic.
