Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support digital loans journey enablement, including workflow design aligned with market requirements and testing
Continuously review the existing Loans Policy with internal stakeholders to work towards necessary refinements
Streamline processes and facilitate system changes related to enhance customer experience and reduce TATs
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure implementation readiness
Enhance the existing loan proposition based on market feedback and customer needs
Assist in resolving BAU issues in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders
Analyze sourcing volumes and portfolio to highlight trends for Loans business and create proposals
Collaborate with Marketing, BIU, and other teams to roll out customer offers/campaigns and CRM-based campaigns for Retail Sales to increase market share
Desired Candidate Profile
4–7 years of experience in Products, especially assets
Experience in digital onboarding enablement
Understanding of loan products, policies, regulations, pricing, and portfolio management
Experience working with IT and cross-functional teams on product implementation
Proficiency in requirements documentation, UAT support, and issue tracking
Core Competencies
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with a structured execution approach
Project management skills
