Roles & Responsibilities

Product Definition and Requirements Development

Translate stakeholder needs and program objectives into clear functional product requirements and specifications.
Document user journeys, workflows, and feature specifications to guide UI/UX design and platform development.
Ensure that product requirements are structured and sufficiently detailed to support implementation by external partners.

Product Backlog and Feature Coordination

Break down platform features into user stories and functional requirements.
Maintain and update the product backlog and feature documentation.
Support feature prioritization and delivery planning in coordination with project leadership.

Collaboration with Design and Development Partners

Work closely with UI/UX designers and platform development partners to explain product requirements and ensure a shared understanding of expected outcomes.
Review design proposals and implementation outputs to validate alignment with product specifications and user needs.
Track the progress of feature implementation and help address issues affecting delivery timelines or scope.

CRM Configuration and User Engagement

Configure and maintain the platform s CRM entities, lifecycle stages, and user segments.
Define and manage user engagement workflows and communication campaigns.
Ensure that relevant user interactions and lifecycle events are properly tracked.

Analytics and Platform Insights

Monitor user engagement metrics and platform usage data.
Produce structured reports and insights to support product improvements and outreach activities.
Identify opportunities to improve user participation and platform adoption.

Product Demonstrations and Stakeholder Engagement

Lead or facilitate product demonstrations and platform walkthroughs for stakeholders and relevant user groups.
Present newly implemented features and platform updates.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to inform future product improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

7 10 years of professional experience in product management, CRM management, digital platforms, or related roles.

Demonstrated experience working with digital platforms or online services.

Experience producing structured product specifications and functional documentation.

Experience working with a CRM system and managing engagement workflows or campaigns.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

Experience working with EdTech solutions and digital communities.

Familiarity with user analytics tools and CRM platforms.
