Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To advise, implement, and optimize PLM solutions that enable organizations to efficiently manage the entire lifecycle of their products, from concept and design, through manufacturing, service.

Develop, customize, and maintain PLM solutions based on business requirements.

Implement and configure PLM modules, workflows, and integrations with other systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLM performance, data integrity, and user access.

Support system upgrades, patching, and testing efforts.

Create and maintain documentation for configurations, code changes, and user training.

Ensure PLM data security, compliance, and performance

Translate business needs into technical solutions

Work effectively with cross-functional and global teams

Manage multiple projects and priorities

Train and support end users

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field.

Minimum two years of experience in PLM development and customization.

Hands-on experience with one or more PLM platforms:

o Siemens Teamcenter

o PTC Windchill

o Dassault ENOVIA

o Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle o SAP PLM

Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or .NET.

Knowledge of scripting (e.g., XML, TCL, JavaScript, or Python).

Experience with integration of PLM systems with ERP, CAD, or other enterprise platforms.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Adapt to evolving technologies and processes
