Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Magento-based e-commerce website, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and security.
Manage product listings, categories, pricing, and inventory updates to ensure accurate and timely information is displayed.
Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with developers for timely resolution.
Implement and oversee website content updates, including banners, promotions, and landing pages.
Analyze website analytics and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and increased conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to support promotional campaigns and new feature rollouts.
Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, data privacy, and security best practices.
Oversee order processing workflows and address customer inquiries related to website functionality.
Test and deploy Magento extensions, updates, and patches as needed.
Generate regular reports on website performance, sales trends, and user engagement metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in e-commerce website administration, with a strong focus on Magento platforms.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing Magento-based online stores.
Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, order management, and digital merchandising.
Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with SEO best practices for e-commerce websites.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to stay updated with the latest Magento features and e-commerce trends.
