Product Manager Cards

Summary:
As a Product Manager Cards, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and launch of new card products, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and launch of new card products (credit/debit/prepaid).
Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to define product features and pricing.
Coordinate go-to-market planning with marketing, operations, risk, and sales teams.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive enhancements.
Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met in product design.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within the Banking industry roles.
Strong experience in product development and innovation, particularly in payment cards.
Solid project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to analyze data to guide product decisions and improvements.
Knowledge of card schemes (Visa/Mastercard), issuing processes, and digital banking trends.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
