Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Own and manage the product roadmap for the online platform, balancing commercial goals, technical capabilities, and user experience.

  • Work closely with development teams on in-house built systems, ensuring scalable architecture and continuous product improvement.
  • Manage and optimise integrations with external game providers, aggregators, and content platforms.
  • Oversee payment provider integrations (fiat and crypto), ensuring smooth deposit/withdrawal flows and high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver features that support user acquisition, retention, and monetisation.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and actively participate in sprint planning and delivery.
  • Analyse product performance using data and user behaviour insights to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Continuously improve user journeys across registration, onboarding, payments, and retention flows.
  • Ensure all product development aligns with compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into scalable product solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong experience with in-house developed platforms and third-party integrations.

  • Hands-on understanding of payment systems (fiat and crypto) and technical fluency comfortable working with APIs, developers, and system architecture discussions (coding not required but strong understanding is essential).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive product decisions and optimisation.
  • Strong ability to write clear product requirements and manage delivery in agile environments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with CRM, Payments, Fraud, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong ownership mentality able to operate independently and drive execution end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
