Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities.  

  • Define the product strategy (positioning, segmentation, price, promotion).
  • Analyze the market, the competition, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans.
  • Train and support the sales team on the technical characteristics and advantages of the products.
  • Maintain relationships with international suppliers and partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust actions accordingly.
  • Participate in trade shows, congresses and professional events to promote the product range.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and product certifications.

Required Skills Key Skills:

  • Excellent command of product marketing and lifecycle management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical sector (ENT/ophthalmology).
  • Analytical and synthesis skills (market research, KPIs).
  • Leadership and ability to work across sales and technical teams.
  • Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.

  • Sense of interpersonal skills.
  • Experience required
  • Minimum 5 years in the medical or pharmaceutical sector, ideally in product management

Diploma required

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in marketing, business or biomedical sciences
