Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Manager
Product Strategy
- Define the vision and product roadmap in the short, medium and long term.
- Analyze the market, competition, and trends to identify opportunities.
- Prioritize features based on business value, customer feedback, and technical constraints.
- Determine the product's market positioning (price, image, added value, etc.) (competition, evolution, etc.)
- Participate in defining budgets and monitor performance indicators (ROI, adoption, satisfaction).
- Establish and monitor the implementation of the product or range marketing plan according to the technical specifications.
Collaboration et coordination
- Working closely with:
- The technical teams to specify the needs and validate the solutions.
- Marketing for launches, communication and positioning.
- Sales to train and equip sales representatives.
- Customer support to gather feedback from the field.
Documentation et formation
- Write the functional specifications and user stories.
- Provide in-house training (sales, support) and contribute to user documentation.

- Fluency in written and oral communication, including presentation skills.
- Leadership and ability to unite cross-functional teams.
