Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Product Manager at Talenta, you will be responsible for:
- Define the product vision and build a clear and realistic roadmap.
- Understanding user needs through analysis, interviews and data.
- Prioritize features based on business impact and customer value.
- Write precise User Stories and work closely with the Tech & Design teams.
- Managing project progress in an Agile environment.
- Track KPIs and optimize the product through regular iterations.
- Proven experience in Product Management or a similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills and data sense.
- Strong product and user experience culture.
- Excellent communication and collaborative work skills.
- My mastery of tools: Jira, Trello, Figma, Notion, etc.
- Curious, independent, results-oriented mind.
