Responsibilities

• Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution, ensuring product growth aligns with client needs, market trends, and team capacity.
• Act as the liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure alignment on expectations, deliverables, and priorities.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, supporting them in backlog prioritization, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and aligning work with the overall product strategy.
• Set clear goals and KPIs for the team while supporting their career development and fostering a collaborative, learning-driven environment.
• Standardize and optimize product development processes across squads to enhance quality, speed, and consistency of delivery.
• Conduct ongoing market research through various channels, including direct client engagement, to define current and future product needs.
• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap, outlining enhancements for both short- and long-term releases.
• Contribute to go-to-market planning and oversee execution through cross-functional collaboration.
• Define and document product features in collaboration with Business Analysts; review and approve business requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to evaluate business opportunities, support product messaging, and prepare release documentation and demonstrations.
• Monitor emerging technologies and trends to identify new opportunities and improve customer experience.
• Ensure service levels are maintained and provide regular, professional progress and status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years as a Product Manager and experience managing software products or engineering teams.
• Proven track record in delivering products using Agile methodology and ALM tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of product design and development processes with experience in launching products to market.
• Effective cross-functional leadership, change management, and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong in reporting and presentation.
• Technical background is preferred.
