Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Align product initiatives with overall business and digital transformation goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery
- Identify new product opportunities and validate business cases
- Act as the primary interface between business, technology, and leadership
- Collaborate with sales, presales, marketing, and delivery teams to support go-to-market activities
- Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior management
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI, and Engineering teams in Agile environments
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on value, risk, and effort
- Ensure timely delivery while managing scope, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data
- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics
- Continuously optimize product performance, usability, and adoption
Desired Candidate Profile
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of software products, from ideation and strategy to execution and continuous improvement. The role requires strong business acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
5 8+ years of experience in Product Management within the software or technology industry
Proven experience managing enterprise or B2B software products
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
APIs and system integrations
Cloud-based architectures
Modern software platforms
Experience with digital transformation solutions (e.g., BPM, CRM, ERP, workflow systems) is a strong plus.
Experience in SaaS or platform-based products
Exposure to presales activities and client-facing engagements
Certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Scrum
