Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-release optimization.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through market research, user feedback, and data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with software development, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Develop detailed product specifications and user stories to guide development and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Manage product budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product development process.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and support marketing initiatives to promote product adoption and growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing software products from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail in execution.
- Experience working in a technology-driven environment, preferably within software development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
