Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & End-to-End Ownership
- Vision & Roadmap: Define and drive the long-term roadmap for your product area, ensuring it is scalable and aligned with company-wide objectives.
- Lifecycle Leadership: Take full accountability for the product from initial discovery and research through to development, launch, and iterative optimization.
- Opportunity Discovery: Conduct deep-dives into user workflows and data to identify friction points, translating them into high-impact product requirements.
2. Tactical Execution (The "Engine" Room)
- Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on value and ROI. Ensure the engineering team has a consistent flow of well-defined, refined stories.
- Requirement Gathering: Translate complex business needs into clear, technical documentation and user stories with rigorous acceptance criteria.
- Agile Leadership: Drive all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Demos) to maintain team velocity and clarity.
- Quality Assurance: Act as the final gatekeeper for excellence. Validate that all delivered features meet the "Definition of Done" and provide a seamless user experience.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Strategic Alignment: Navigate and influence stakeholders at all levels, justifying product decisions with data, efficiency gains, and clear trade-off analysis.
- Adoption & Training: Ensure smooth rollouts by leading change management efforts, providing documentation, and supporting user training.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 4+ years in Product Management within the tech/SaaS sector, with a proven track record of leading Agile delivery squads.
- The "Owner" Mindset: A self-starter who takes personal responsibility for the success, quality, and stability of their product.
- Analytical Rigor: You make decisions based on data, not just intuition. You are comfortable discussing technical architecture and integrations with engineers.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where the product s user base and scale may evolve rapidly.
- Arabic: Native/Fluent (Essential for understanding local context and user needs).
- English: Professional Fluency (The standard for our global documentation and strategy).
- French: Strongly Preferred. Ability to collaborate with Francophone partners and regional stakeholders is a significant advantage.
