Job Description

Ideation Phase

• Ownership of Product Roadmap in line with company Vision/ Strategy.
• Align with industry best practices and competitive landscape.
• Syncing with the firm s vision and focus on studying the operational pipelines, business channels, and customer feedback to improve the product offering.
• Break down goals and strategies into actionable deliverables and milestones.
• Propose new features and products for approval by senior management, working cross-functionally to build a business case and define ROI

Align with Stakeholders

• Define the What and the Who and manage delivery for TPAY products.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, data sciences, marketing, legal, and business development teams to build, release, and promote new features.
• Develop an understanding of customers by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing, as necessary Partner with engineering, marketing, and customer operations to bring new products and features to market, including activities like launch messaging and customer support.
• Work collaboratively to ensure consistency across all TPAY products.
• Synthesize market needs from interactions with customers, partners, and sales and marketing teams into product requirements and roadmap.

Planning and Detailing

• Define, prioritize, and communicate short and long-term product goals.
• Specialize in user journey mapping and story mapping.
• Gather product requirements from a variety of sources including clients, sales, strategy, marketing, and R&D.
• Manage and update product documentation such as PRDs, business requirements, use cases, user flows/stories, flows, and functional specs.
• Write product requirements, and develop user flows and mock-ups based on stakeholder feedback.

Release and Deploy

• Drive product development, from conception to launch, of the products and product solutions associated with internationalization and localization both consumer-facing features and back-end systems aligning with the engineering team.

Measurement

• Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of the strategy, product initiatives, and releases for TPAY initiatives.

Team Management

• The Product Manager is responsible for the guidance of Associate products managers in core functionality for their job role.
• The Product Manager is responsible for reviewing APM deliverables and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering or science but in sales & Marketing.
• 5-7 years of experience in product management or leadership role.
• In-depth understanding of the industry.
• Experience with developing international products with a focus on translation, localization, and internationalization.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Problem-solving, business acumen, analytical skills, learning agility, and entrepreneurial drive.
• Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, leaders, and other senior management throughout the company.
• Able to be a big picture thinker.
• Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
• Able to align multiple strategies and ideas.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.
• Experience working with a set of highly skilled engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to execute complex product launches.
• English fluent speaker.
