Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the product strategy in order to optimize commercial performance and enhance the attractiveness of our product ranges.
Main tasks:
- Define the product strategy and positioning of the FMCG and Bazaar/Non-Food electronics ranges.
- Analyze the market, the competition and consumer trends to propose relevant innovations.
- develop marketing plans (promotions, communication, merchandising) and monitor their implementation.
- Collaborating with sales, logistics and marketing teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Monitor performance indicators (sales, margin, inventory turnover) and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in the selection and development of new products in conjunction with suppliers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Commerce, Management or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience in FMCG or Bazaar/electronic product management.
- Very good analytical skills and business acumen.
- Mastery of merchandising techniques, digital marketing and product lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
