Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will work across product discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement, engaging closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable product strategies. The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise software development, user experience design, and agile methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through to delivery, launch, and iteration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritise features, and define roadmaps aligned with strategic goals
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with development timelines
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery of product features
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to inform product strategy
- Define and track product KPIs, leveraging insights to optimise performance and guide future development
- Prepare product documentation, including functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) and support continuous improvement across product delivery processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a product ownership role
- Proven success delivering digital products in B2B SaaS, CRM, or enterprise software environments
- Strong background in product discovery, requirements analysis, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and product management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Knowledge of the real estate sector or PropTech platforms is desirable but not essential
