Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product roadmap for internal operational tools, aligning priorities with business goals and team needs
• Partner with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and data to deeply understand pain points and translate them into clear product requirements
• Identify and lead AI and automation opportunities, defining use cases and working with engineering to bring them to life
• Define and track key product metrics, using data to make informed decisions and measure impact
• Conduct ongoing research into product and technology trends to continuously improve our systems and ways of working

Key Requirements:

• 2 3 years of experience in product management or a closely related role
• Demonstrable track record of delivering results, we are looking for high achievers who set ambitious targets and hit them
• Genuine passion for AI and its practical applications; experience experimenting with or deploying AI tools is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data and able to turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
