Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong local product assortment by identifying market needs and collaborating across teams to drive market share and profitability.
Contribute to strategies, plans, and budgets that support ambitious company objectives while aligning the product portfolio with target categories and addressing gaps through innovation or corrective actions.
Champion new product launches with local and regional marketing teams, ensuring impactful rollouts supported by effective promotional activities and guidance to the product executive.
Implement pricing and product management strategies using market insights and close collaboration with Sales to accelerate growth.
Oversee Dubai Central Laboratory certification renewals, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage documentation, logistics, and audit preparations, including interactions with government representatives.
Prepare and deliver accurate reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support strategic planning and informed leadership decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is a must. Post graduate studies in related field is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product launches with regional and local marketing teams.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to lead product launches and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data reporting tools and dashboards for performance analysis and strategic planning.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
