Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the product development lifecycle from conception through to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and marketing to define and deliver product features.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback to refine product requirements and enhance user experience.
- Develop product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on the product based on data-driven insights.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services sector.
- A digital asset native background, familiarity with digital asset and Web3 product flows is essential
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
