Join us and be part of something extraordinary!Join Us as a Checkout Product Manager at Ounass:At Ounass, we re seeking a Checkout Product Manager to shape and optimize the end-to-end checkout experience, delivering a seamless, high-converting journey that reflects the highest standards of luxury e-commerce. In this role, you ll own the entire checkout flow from cart to payment driving innovation, personalization, and performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous A/B testing.You ll collaborate cross-functionally with product design, engineering, data science, and customer support teams to deliver frictionless, persona-specific experiences across our diverse regional markets. With a customer-first approach and a strong analytical mindset, you ll define the checkout strategy, lead its roadmap, and align the business around a compelling product vision that fuels growth and elevates our brand.This is a mid-level PM role, you are required to have 3-5 years previous experience in a product manager position.The role is BASED IN DUBAI - role is onsite hybrid. Remote working is not available for this position.Key Responsibilities:Drive Product Strategy: Collaborate with teams across Ounass to enhance the cart, checkout & payment journey, ensuring a seamless and efficient order flow.Gather Customer Insights & Map the Journey: Be the Voice of Customers (surveys, interviews, customer support inputs, NPS, reviews) to identify friction points and suggest improvements to the checkout experience.Data-Driven Decision Making: Track cart abandonment, checkout drop-off, and payment success metrics to prioritize initiatives and validate impact.Ensure Timelines and Commitments: Coordinate across teams to deliver checkout improvements meeting quarterly and annual goals, supporting key launches and campaigns.Balance Business Goals: Align customer needs with business objectives to drive conversion, contribution margin, and luxury convenience.Stakeholder Communication & Management: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, sharing progress updates, insights, and key performance results.Leverage Emerging Technologies: Open to learning new tools and technologies; experience with AI, LLMs for optimizing checkout, personalization, or fraud prevention.Qualifications:Proven experience (3-5 years) in product management with a focus on checkout management, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to handle ambiguity and fast-moving environments.Strong communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Excellent observational and analytical abilities to understand and optimize the customer journey.Proven track record in balancing customer-centric product management with business objectives.Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects while meeting deadlines.What is in it for you!The opportunity to shape the future of fashion with a dynamic & autonomous multinational teamPotential for personal growth, training, and further development of skillsEnjoy attractive discounts across our brandsAccess to the latest technology toolsBenefit from a competitive, tax-free salary22 days annual leave (pro-rata)Medical InsuranceAnnual flight allowanceRelocation benefits and support
