• strong>Support Product Strategy:/strong> Assist in defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and repositioning plans to drive brand growth and market share.
• strong>Manage Campaigns & Awareness:/strong> Plan and implement patient awareness and digital marketing campaigns ensuring positive ROI and patient reach targets.
• strong>Ensure Product Readiness:/strong> Coordinate product registrations, prepare promotional materials, and support product launches and events.
• strong>Enable Sales Excellence:/strong> Conduct training sessions for sales teams, provide tools and materials, and monitor their performance against marketing objectives.
• strong>Monitor Performance & KPIs :/strong> Track sales performance, ROI, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.
• strong>Customer & Market Engagement :/strong> Maintain strong relationships with HCPs, conduct field visits, and address customer issues to sustain high satisfaction.
• strong>Optimize Budgets:/strong> Manage branding expenses efficiently and contribute to achieving quarterly sales and profitability targets.

• Bachelor s degree in Pharma, Business, Marketing or a related field MBA is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles.
• Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical, FMCG) is preferred.
• Ability to develop marketing plans, product positioning, and promotional strategies.
• Familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing channels
