Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Morgan Philips Executive Search is mandated by an international Tech player to assist in recruiting several Product Managers F/H, based in Casablanca.
These positions are part of a plan to structure several strategic product lines of a SaaS ecosystem on a very large scale, deployed in many international markets.
Scope of the function
- Product Vision & Roadmap: Define the vision and product strategy of the line, build and drive the roadmap by arbitrating between user, business and technical constraints, and structure the go-to-market in a multi-country environment.
- Monetization & Performance: Define and drive monetization levers, monitor key KPIs (adoption, revenue, engagement), and optimize the overall performance of the product line.
- Transverse Coordination: Manage the Product Owner, coordinate with the Tech, UX, Data and Delivery teams, and contribute to the ramp-up of the product line within the organization.
Performance indicators
Success is measured by user adoption and engagement, the growth of the product line's revenue, the quality of roadmap execution and the contribution to synergies between product lines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Your profile
- Education: Grande école d'ingénieur or business school, or Bac+5 equivalent.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in digital product management depending on the position, with experience in SaaS environments, marketplaces or technical products with a strong scalability challenge.
- Product Leadership: Comfortable managing complex subjects, federating teams without hierarchical links and maintaining alignment between vision and execution in multi-country environments.
- Digital & Data: You drive your arbitration with data and master product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Analytics).
- Languages: French and English required.
