Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and production of online products (web and mobile) : definition of the functional scope, prototyping of pages, expression of needs (with a strong emphasis on return on investment), etc.
- Improvement of existing products .
- Monitoring product development : ensuring liaison between project stakeholders (technical, graphic, animation/moderation, etc.) and functional teams.
- Support in the creation of innovative design ideas : preparation of marketing briefs for the creation of promotional elements (landing pages, advertising banners, newsletters, etc.) in collaboration with the Acquisition teams.
- Reporting and analysis : monitoring and analysis of product performance, measurement of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- Continuous optimization of customer journeys, user experience (UX) and flows while respecting profitability, ergonomics and accessibility constraints, as well as competitor benchmarking.
- Creation of billing offers in coordination with the technical team.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Bachelor's degree from a business school or equivalent.
- Ability to easily adapt an AGILE approach to project management.
- Passionate about the Internet, mobile devices, new technologies and social networks.
- Mastery of spoken and written English (French is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Internet tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Likes to take on challenges.
- Commercial experience or a business background is a plus.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Engaging to respect deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Innovative and proactive.
- Flexible and available for frequent international travel.
