You'll rotate across portfolio ventures at different stages - some weeks running discovery sprints for a brand-new concept, other weeks shipping V1 of a fintech product.

THE ROLE What you'll own here.

• Own the product lifecycle across multiple ventures - from discovery and validation through launch and iteration.

• Run lean experiments to test hypotheses fast - kill what doesn t work, and double down on what does.

• Work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and data teams to ship products that users actually want.

• Conduct user research, prototype, and validate ideas before a single line of code gets written.

• Define product strategy, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with each venture s stage and goals.

• Leverage AI tools and frameworks to accelerate product development, automate workflows, and build smarter products.

• Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to studio leadership and venture stakeholders.
