Product Manager

This role forms part of our Reconstruction Division. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product strategy and drive growth within the Saudi Arabian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the release process, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring successful go-to-market execution for our medical products.

This is a dynamic leadership role that bridges sales, marketing, and customer support, ensuring alignment across all teams to deliver excellence to our customers.

What will you need to be successful?

• Define and manage the product release process from planning through execution.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize market opportunities and address competitive threats.
• Maintain a high-performing and motivated marketing and sales team within the assigned territory.
• Evaluate and coach Product Specialists to achieve performance objectives and professional growth.
• Provide training and development support to distributor sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless coordination.
• Manage the territory s sales targets, budgets, and profitability .
• Represent the company positively within the community and healthcare industry.
