Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Product Manager is responsible for driving the end-to-end development of new products, from idea generation and market research to product launch. This role ensures that every new product reflects MY WAY s quality standards, customer needs, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying gaps and opportunities by analyzing consumer trends, competitor launches, and internal sales data.
  • Contribute to generating and validating new product ideas that align with My Way s brand strategy.
  • Support the preparation of product briefs, including concepts, target consumers, positioning, and key selling points.
  • Collaborate with R&D labs, suppliers, and packaging partners to help create formulations and packaging that meet cost, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Aid in managing project timelines, budgets, and coordination with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Procurement, Quality, and Production) from concept to launch.
  • Participate in overseeing product testing (stability, safety, performance) and ensure compliance with Egyptian and international regulations.
  • Provide product knowledge and assist in developing claims and training materials for catalogues, social media, and sales teams.
  • Monitor product performance and assist in recommending improvements or line extensions based on feedback and data analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in product development within cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of formulation principles, packaging materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
