Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for testing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall product goals.
- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, encompassing functional, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and QA teams to prioritize test cases and ensure effective test coverage.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and drive resolution by working with engineering teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a product management or leadership role.
- Demonstrates expertise in various testing methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
