Roles & Responsibilities

Morgan Philips Group, the digital headhunting company, is currently recruiting a Product Marketing & Campaign Manager Tech / Data / AI M/F on behalf of one of its clients, a leading international SaaS publisher, specializing in technological solutions for data intelligence, artificial intelligence and market intelligence, aimed at major B2B accounts.

Reporting to the Global Marketing Department (EMEA & ASIA) and based at the strategic hub in Casablanca, you will be responsible for defining product positioning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns for complex software solutions, in a high-impact international environment.

Your role will consist of structuring the marketing strategy of the products, accelerating their adoption, generating qualified leads and supporting the growth of their international reputation.

Responsabilit s :

Product marketing & positioning strategy

  • develop the value proposition, positioning and key messages adapted to each product.
  • Produce sales enablement tools: pitch decks, product sheets, battlecards, differentiation tools.
  • Manage go-to-market plans in close collaboration with the Product, Sales, Growth and Communication teams.
  • Carry out market, competition and customer feedback analyses to inform the strategy.

Design and management of marketing campaigns

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (emailing, paid media, social networks, content).
  • Adapt messaging to different buyer personas: investors, analysts, lawyers, strategic management.
  • Track marketing KPIs: lead generation, engagement, conversion rate, ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on analytical data.

Coordination transverse et pilotage international

  • Interact with global teams spread across Europe, Africa and Asia.
  • Manage the product marketing budget and ensure its effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistency of messages across all digital media and communication tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac +5 (business school, marketing, digital communication).

  • 6-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Campaign Management or Growth Marketing, in a SaaS / Tech / Data / AI environment.
  • Good knowledge of complex B2B sales cycles.
  • A strong exposure or appetite for the Private Equity, LegalTech or Market Intelligence worlds is a real asset.
  • My tools: CRM, marketing automation, analytics, SEO/SEA.
  • Ability to translate technical specifications into concrete client benefits.
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English (professional level required).
  • Analytical, structured, collaborative and results-oriented mind.
