Overview
Our client is a leading organization seeking a strategic and commercially driven Product Marketing Manager to join the Marketing division. This role is responsible for leading growth, engagement, retention, and brand positioning for a personal finance product portfolio, including budgeting tools and customer-focused financial wellness solutions. The successful candidate will own product marketing plans, full-funnel campaigns, lifecycle programs, and go-to-market initiatives that improve customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term value.
Description:
- Define and execute the product marketing vision and strategic plans aligned with business objectives and overall growth goals.
- Translate commercial priorities into measurable marketing KPIs, quarterly plans, and performance roadmaps.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
- Develop customer personas, product positioning, and go-to-market messaging in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and repeat usage.
- Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives across multiple channels to improve conversion, spend per user, and customer retention.
- Monitor competitor activity and market shifts, adjusting campaigns and positioning strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, in-app, branch, partnerships, ATL, and BTL channels.
- Coordinate lead handoff processes with sales teams, branches, and customer service channels.
- Design and execute A/B testing initiatives across campaigns, messaging, and user journeys.
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, communication, content, design, technology, and digital teams.
- Contribute market and customer insights into product requirement discussions and roadmap planning.
- Own key marketing KPIs including CAC, activation rate, engagement, LTV, and marketing ROI.
Requirements:
- Skills: Strong multi-channel marketing experience across digital, content, social, CRM, and lifecycle channels. Deep understanding of consumer behavior within personal finance and financial wellness sectors. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in Arabic and English are highly preferred. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Technical Skills: Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adjust, or Firebase. Strong understanding of cohort analysis, retention metrics, LTV, CAC models, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools. Knowledge of relevant financial marketing regulations and data privacy standards is highly preferred.
- Languages: Good command of English language. Arabic is highly preferred.
- Location: Khobar
- Availability: Immediate or within 30 days preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing, growth, product marketing, or content strategy roles. Previous experience within fintech, banking, digital financial services, or personal finance platforms is highly preferred.
