Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Staking products covering native, liquid, and pooled staking with a focus on protocol integrations, user growth, and revenue contribution

  • Define and manage token strategy, APR pricing models, and project partnership initiatives to strengthen product competitiveness and expand the supported asset universe

  • Drive growth through data: own core metrics including TVL, APR, utilization, revenue, and user retention and translate insights into prioritized product improvements

  • Manage DeFi partnership opportunities for Onchain Earn, coordinating integration across CeFi and on-chain infrastructure

  • Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, BD, Risk, and Legal to drive product adoption and go-to-market strategies

  • 2+ years of product operations and growth experience in CEX / DeFi / yield products.

  • Deep understanding of staking mechanics: validator economics, liquid staking tokens (LST), APR composition, and on-chain yield infrastructure.

  • Exceptional cross-functional coordination, project management, communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.

  • Strong user insight and innovative thinking, capable of translating user needs into product features

  • Fluent in Mandarin; working-level English for cross-team and partner communication
