Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You Will Do
-Support execution of the product roadmap, including new product launches and enhancements to the existing portfolio.
-Serve as a key user of Cimpress MCP and Vistaprint product tools to create, configure, and launch new products end-to-end.
-Adapt and maintain product specifications and data structures to ensure standardization, automation, and faster merchandising.
-Gain expertise in product technicalities such as designer surfaces and prepress files, working with Adobe or similar tools as needed.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with Cimpress and Vista Technology teams to launch and improve products, troubleshoot issues, and enhance automation.
-Provide feedback to technology peers to improve tools and processes while monitoring performance.
-Balance product setup, automation, and customer experience priorities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
-Contribute to team targets, including NPI launches, product quality, customer satisfaction, and product availability.

-Bachelor s degree in business, technology, engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
-Curiosity for product technology, eCommerce platforms, and automation.
-Experience in one or more of the following areas:
--Platforms: eCommerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or app stores tools and processes.
-Automation & Tools: Low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion) or API integrations.
-Data & Analytics: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Looker).
-Technical Skills: Basics of scripting (Python, JavaScript), databases, or API usage (JSON, API calls).
-Strong analytical attitude and ability to work comfortably with data.
-Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills, with a solutions-oriented approach.
-Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a complex, global, and matrixed organization.
-Customer-centric mentality, with the ability to view challenges through the lens of the end user.
Nice to Have
-Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
-Prior exposure to automation and workflow optimization projects.
-Familiarity with eCommerce merchandising or product management.
